Corey Saunders
Graduate Program Coordinator, Rutgers Democracy Lab
Corey Saunders is a Graduate Program Coordinator with Rutgers Democracy Lab. He works specifically with the Think & Do Tank, helping students identify actionable problems facing local, state, and national government while guiding them in developing practical, proposed solutions for their projects. He is also an incoming graduate student in the M.A. Program in Global and Comparative History, where his research focuses on Radical History.
Before joining Rutgers Democracy Lab, Corey graduated from Rutgers–Newark with a bachelor's degree in Political Science and History, a minor in Social Justice, and as an HLLC Scholar. He also worked with the Institute for the Study of Global Racial Justice, where he helped organize a RAJU Summit. In addition, he has experience organizing with the Rutgers AAUP-AFT.
