Julia Kasica

Julia Kasica is a Public Relations Assistant at the Rutgers Democracy Lab, where she supports the Lab's mission of advancing civic engagement and strengthening democratic participation through communications and digital media. She collaborates on initiatives that connect students, faculty, staff, and community partners while contributing to the planning and execution of public-facing events and outreach efforts.

Prior to joining the Lab, Julia served as Graduate Coordinator for Career Exploration and Success at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where she led digital content strategy and multimedia production to support student engagement and career readiness initiatives. Julia holds a M.A. in Communication and Media with a specialization in Market Research and a B.A. in Public Relations with minors in Women’s Studies, History, and Digital Communications from Rutgers University.
