Felicia Marks
Felicia Marks is a Program Coordinator for the Center for Youth Political Participation (CYPP). In her role, she is responsible for recruiting and managing a team of students for CYPP’s Digital Content Creator Internship, developing a social media content strategy for the Rutgers Democracy Lab, and building meaningful partnerships to integrate the Lab's work across campus and in the broader community. She also supports the Center’s Associate Director in planning the semester’s event series and managing its digital presence, including social media and website content.
Before joining the team at Eagleton, Felicia graduated magna cum laude from Gettysburg College in 2024, earning her B.A. in Political Science and minors in Educational Studies and Peace & Justice Studies. At Gettysburg, she served as the Greek Leadership & Education Coordinator for the Office of Student Activities & Greek Life, where she planned and facilitated leadership programming to support rising fraternity and sorority student leaders. She also played a key role in expanding the College’s digital presence by helping to launch its official TikTok account. She is passionate about empowering members of her generation to see themselves as active participants in democracy and leveraging digital media as a tool for civic engagement, storytelling, and meaningful change.
